Ms. Poole was responsive and reassuring to the seller of a house with some challenging quirks. She quickly got the house staged and on the market. In an area where the housing market was suddenly flooded with lots of new construction, she was a skillful negotiator and kept the seller's best interests as a top priority.

My husband and I had the pleasure of having Tammy from Coastwalk as our realtor for buying our first home. We just closed yesterday, April 11th, after starting our search in late February. She pulled off a killer deal for us (even managed to get us 5k of closing costs from the seller, so we only had to pay $1100 out of pocket on closing day for our 2,000 sqft 0.37 acre property) and, more importantly, we felt she was on OUR side the entire time- start to finish. Tammy respected our budget and didn't waste our time (or hers) with viewing houses outside of our pricepoint. She really took to heart and considered what WE wanted in a house and tried to meet every major critietia. We must have seen about 25 places and Tammy was happy to research and provide any additional details of each property so that we could make an informed decision. I could not be happier with Tammy's professionalism, knowledge, and general presence throughout the process of buying our home. It was very daunting at times and I don't know what I would have done without her by our side. Thank you, Tammy!

Tammy went above and beyond during our home search (we looked at 40+ houses ??) and she was extremely accommodating and organized when setting up showings. We eventually found a home that was/is perfect for us! Can't thank her enough for helping us find the perfect house for our family.

My fiancé and I were looking for a house for my mother, and also for us to use when we visit NC part of the year. Tammy proved to not only be a fantastic realtor who quickly found solid prospective homes that fit our budget, but such an expert on the home buying and underwriting process, which is overwhelming to say the least. Because we live out-of-state, the process was extra-complicated, but Tammy went above-and-beyond to make it as easy as possible (and sometimes also served as my part-time shrink as I was a bit hormonal and overbearing at times).
Tammy represents the absolute gold standard of the real estate profession, and I would recommend her highly to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the Wilmington NC area!

Tammy sold our house in just 2 1/2 months of being on the market. She also was our buyer's agent on our new home. She is very diligent and always available. A few times I got very anxious and she talked me off the ledge. If you want a personal touch, Tammy Poole, is the way to go. I cannot say enough good about her!

We recently just sold our Wilmington home through Tammy and we must say the experience with her was amazing! After a frustrating year of being on the market with a different agent, we decided to give Tammy a chance and we couldn't have been more satisfied with her. Tammy's knowledge of the area and her "think outside the box" approach to marketing propelled our house in terms of amount of showings we started to receive to the eventual offer we got. She made the entire process easy for us and stress free. The biggest plus for us was Tammy's responsiveness to our questions. She ALWAYS replied within minutes and kept us informed of need to know info the entire step of the way. Tammy displays a personal caring to her job that made us feel comfortable and that we weren't just a commission to her. We highly recommend Tammy for anyone looking to sell or purchase a new home.

Tammy was very upbeat and informed. She went out of her way to work with me on specifics of staging and marketing techniques. I could call her any time and she would always call me back. She made selling my home a mostly stress free experience. Even though our communication was almost always long distance she kept me in the loop . I would recommend her any time.

Tammy is an awesome realtor. She was very patient with us as we tried to decide where we wanted to retire. She was always available over about a year as we checked out properties each time we were passing through the area. She and her husband even made video tours of houses and surroundings so we could look without being there. I've bought many houses but have never had the service that she provided. She is absolutely THE BEST!

I worked with Tammy purchasing my first home this spring. She was patient and professional through the entire process. Tammy was always available day and night and worked her tail off for me. Her suggestions were always right on the money and I recommend her without reservation.
